Delivery & Lead Times
Our delivery service includes a two-man ground floor 'hallway' delivery. We offer free delivery to England and Wales however the following surcharges apply for larger items:
Scotland: £35
Northern Ireland: £150
When you place an order, our couriers will be in touch when your item is almost ready for dispatch. They will liaise with you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Please note, delivery times may occasionally take longer if delivery is to a remote location, or if materials have not been readily available.
At the point of delivery, you will be asked to sign for your goods, please ensure all items are checked for damages prior to signing. We cannot accept any responsibility for and damages/faults that are not reported upon delivery.
The majority of our items DO NOT come flat packed. Delivery is ‘hallway’ ground floor delivery; please ensure clear access with no obstructions. Our couriers will need to be able to park a Luton-sized van within close proximity of the delivery address.
Other than tables and benches, the majority of our items come assembled. Tables and benches will be simple to assemble – holes are pre-drilled. Assembly is straight forward; holes will be pre-drilled, legs can be attached using a Phillips screwdriver.
Please note: once a delivery date has been accepted, you have up until 1pm one working day before delivery to amend the date. Amendments after this 1pm cut off would result in a failed delivery charge. A failed delivery charge will also be made to you if nobody is home to sign for the goods on the agreed delivery date.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand sometimes mistakes can be made and therefore allow cancellations up to 48 hours from time of purchase.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions apply to faulty or damaged goods – in this instance, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
